Air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps provide versatile, seal-free transfer of abrasive, viscous, and shear-sensitive fluids. Our range covers metallic and non-metallic wetted paths in sizes from ¼" to 3", with flow rates up to 1,000 L/min and solids passage up to 12 mm.
Diaphragm pumps self-prime to 5 m and can run dry indefinitely without damage. Their positive-displacement action maintains flow regardless of discharge pressure, making them ideal for batch transfer, drum emptying, filter press feed, and chemical dosing duties across the full pH range.
