API separator or DAF as primary stage. DAF with coagulant achieves <15 mg/L O&G. Avoid membranes upstream without pre-treatment.
AOP (O3/UV, UV/H2O2 or Photo-Fenton) after biological pre-treatment. Target COD <500 mg/L before AOP to control reagent cost.
