The Screening Sieve is a mechanical bar screen engineered for primary solids separation in wastewater treatment applications. It effectively removes solid contamination from sewage and industrial wastewater streams. The unit features 1.0-10.0mm perforation sizes with adjustable rotary brush cleaning that prevents screen blinding. Captured solids are conveyed to a collection hopper or optional screenings press for dewatering. With screen widths from 300-2000mm and adjustable angles from 35-75 degrees, it can be configured to meet specific application requirements.
