We take operators through the process and the control system, the routine and the exceptional — normal operation, alarm response, maintenance tasks and safe isolation — using the plant itself and the as-built documentation. The operation-and-maintenance manuals, drawings and spare-parts schedules are handed over and explained, not just dropped off. Where helpful, we record key procedures for future staff.
