Handover & Training

Other Installation Phases

Planning an installation?

Reynolds & Bauhm delivers installation as a single coordinated scope — survey, erection, pipework, E&I, commissioning and handover — with one accountable team from delivery to performance sign-off.

Handover & Operator Training

A plant only delivers its design performance if the people running it understand it, so structured operator training is built into every handover. We take operators through the process and the control system, the routine and the exceptional — normal operation, alarm response, maintenance tasks and safe isolation — using the plant itself and the as-built documentation. The operation-and-maintenance manuals, drawings and spare-parts schedules are handed over and explained, not just dropped off. Where helpful, we record key procedures for future staff. The aim is simple: an operating team that is confident and competent from day one, able to keep the plant compliant and reliable without leaning on us for routine matters.
