Turnkey Project Delivery

See our standard turnkey delivery model — the end-to-end process from design and supply through installation, commissioning and handover as a single accountable package.

Explore Turnkey Delivery

Turnkey Approach

One contract, one responsible party, from concept to compliant effluent.

Single Point Responsibility

One contract covers design, supply, installation, and commissioning. No gaps between disciplines, no blame-shifting between contractors. We are accountable for the complete outcome.

Fixed-Scope Certainty

Turnkey contracts provide firm fixed scope with no variation unless you change the scope. Budget confidently knowing the final scope before construction begins.

Programme Guarantee

Milestone-driven schedules with liquidated damages for late delivery. Our in-house fabrication and direct installation teams control the critical path, not subcontractors.

Performance Guarantees

Effluent quality, throughput, and availability are contractually guaranteed. If the system does not perform, we rectify at our cost until it does.

Regulatory Hand-Holding

We manage permit applications, environmental assessments, and discharge consent negotiations. Your regulatory approval is part of our delivery, not your problem.

Design & Build Flexibility

Early contractor involvement allows constructability input during design. Value engineering suggestions reduce cost and programme without compromising performance.

Contract Structures & Risk Allocation

How liability, insurance, and performance risk are allocated under turnkey delivery.

Typical Turnkey Programme

Milestone schedule for a 2,000 m3/d industrial wastewater plant from contract award to handover.

1

Weeks 0–4: Design & Approval

P&ID development, 3D modelling, HAZOP/LOPA, client design review, and regulatory pre-application. Deliverables: approved IFC drawings, equipment datasheets, and civil brief.

2

Weeks 4–16: Procurement & Fabrication

Long-lead equipment ordered (8–12 week delivery). In-house fabrication of tanks, skids, and pipework. FAT planning and witness test scheduling.

3

Weeks 12–20: Civil & Site Works

Earthworks, foundations, drainage, and services installation run parallel to fabrication. Critical path coordination via 4-week look-ahead programmes.

4

Weeks 18–22: Mechanical & Electrical Install

Equipment positioning, pipework connection, cable tray, and instrument loop checks. Pressure testing to 1.5× design pressure; electrical testing to BS 7671.

5

Weeks 22–26: Commissioning & SAT

Water commissioning, chemical optimisation, 72-hour SAT, performance trial (30–90 days), operator training, and O&M manual handover.

Quality Assurance & Hold Points

Design Review (H0)

Independent design review by chartered engineers. P&ID, HAZOP, and 3D model signed off before procurement release.

Material Certification (H1)

Mill test certificates to EN 10204 3.1 for all pressure-retaining parts. PMI testing for alloy steels; weld maps and NDT (RT/UT) records.

FAT Witness (H2)

Factory acceptance testing with client or third-party inspector present. Hydrostatic test, electrical continuity, control logic verification, and instrument loop cal.

Site Verification (H3)

Dimensional check, alignment survey, torque audit, and pressure test on site. Hold point before insulation and cladding.

Performance Trial (H4)

30–90 day monitored operation with daily sampling. Independent laboratory analysis against contractual effluent guarantees. Handover certificate issued on pass.

Warranty Audit (H5)

12-month warranty inspection with vibration analysis, oil sampling, and coating condition survey. Defects rectified under warranty terms.

Project Management

Professional project delivery with transparency, control, and accountability.

Dedicated PM

A chartered project manager is assigned from day one. They coordinate all internal and external stakeholders, manage the programme, and report progress weekly in structured status reports.

Milestone Tracking

Critical path milestones cover design approval, material procurement, fabrication completion, delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover. Gantt charts shared via cloud portal for live visibility.

Cost Control

Monthly cost reports compare actual spend against budget with variance analysis. Early warning of potential overruns allows corrective action before costs escalate beyond control.

HSE Management

Site-specific safety plans, risk assessments, and method statements are prepared for every activity. Zero-harm culture with toolbox talks, PPE enforcement, and incident investigation.

Stakeholder Communication

Regular site meetings with your operations, engineering, and environmental teams. Issues are surfaced early and resolved collaboratively before they become programme risks.

Change Control

Formal change request process with impact assessment on cost, programme, and performance. No scope creep without written approval and mutual agreement on commercial adjustments.

Commissioning & Training

Rigorous verification and comprehensive handover to your operations team.

Factory Acceptance Test

FAT at our workshop verifies mechanical assembly, electrical continuity, control logic, and instrument calibration. You or your inspector witness the tests before shipment.

Site Acceptance Test

SAT confirms correct installation, pipework integrity, pressure testing, and electrical safety. Checklists signed off by our commissioning engineer and your representative.

Performance Trials

30-90 days of monitored operation demonstrates compliance with contractual effluent targets under varying load conditions. Daily sampling and laboratory analysis provide objective evidence.

Operator Training

Classroom and hands-on training covers process theory, SCADA operation, chemical handling, routine maintenance, and emergency response. Competency assessments confirm understanding.

O&M Manuals

Comprehensive operating and maintenance manuals with process descriptions, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, troubleshooting guides, and spare parts lists. Available in hard copy and searchable PDF.

Handover Certificate

Formal handover documentation confirms all performance guarantees have been demonstrated, training completed, and manuals delivered. Warranty period begins from handover date.
