RB-C Biological Treatment - 40ft HC ISO Configuration

CE Certified / ISO 9001

The RB-C Biological Treatment system delivers complete advanced biological wastewater treatment in a portable, containerised format. Pre-engineered and factory-commissioned inside a standard 40ft High Cube ISO shipping container, the plant integrates MBBR or SBR process technology with aeration, settling, decanting, and control systems — ready for immediate deployment at remote sites, temporary facilities, and emergency response scenarios. Capable of achieving greater than 90% BOD removal, these systems are suitable for municipal and industrial applications requiring rapid deployment with minimal site preparation.

Key Features:

  • MBBR or SBR process options matched to effluent requirements
  • Pre-assembled and factory-commissioned in 40ft HC container
  • Integrated aeration, settling, and decanting in one unit
  • Automated PLC control with DO-based aeration adjustment
  • SCADA-ready with Modbus, Ethernet, and 4G communication
  • No civil tanks required — levelled pad or steel frame only

Containerised Biological Treatment

Complete biological wastewater treatment plants pre-engineered in ISO shipping containers. MBBR and SBR configurations are available for municipal and industrial applications requiring rapid deployment with minimal site preparation. Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) systems utilise free-floating biofilm carriers within an aerated basin to achieve high-rate organic removal without sludge recycle. Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) systems perform fill, react, settle, and decant sequences in a single basin, providing biological treatment and clarification in one compact volume. Both configurations include integrated aeration, process control, and effluent discharge systems. All plants are factory-tested and delivered ready for immediate operation.

MBBR / SBR Options

Multiple biological process configurations matched to effluent quality requirements and site constraints.

Compact Footprint

High-rate biological processes achieve treatment equivalent to conventional plants in a fraction of the footprint.

Minimal Site Works

Levelled concrete pad or steel frame foundation only — no civil tanks or concrete structures required.

Fully Automated

PLC control with dissolved oxygen, pH, and flow monitoring optimises treatment performance remotely.
