System Overview

EC Reactor

Sacrificial Al/Fe electrodes (5–15 min RT) with automated polarity reversal and electrode consumption tracking.

Metal Hydroxide Flocculation

In-situ Al/Fe hydroxide generation creates dense floc with superior settling compared to alum coagulation.

Clarification + Filtration

Lamella clarifier or DAF for separation, followed by dual-media filtration and GAC polishing.

pH Optimisation

Automated acid dosing (pH 6–7 for EC) and caustic post-neutralisation for compliant discharge.
