Pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator producing 90-95% pure O2 from ambient air for ozone generation and advanced biological treatment.
The PSA Oxygen Concentrator uses pressure swing adsorption to separate oxygen from ambient air. Compressed air passes through molecular sieve beds (zeolite) that adsorb nitrogen under pressure. When pressure is released, nitrogen desorbs and is vented. The cycle alternates between two beds – one adsorbing while the other regenerating. Output is 90-95% oxygen at 1-3 bar, ideal for ozone generators, bioreactor aeration, and chemical oxidation processes. No cryogenics or liquid oxygen handling required.
Produces oxygen sufficient for ozone generation and aerobic bioreactors without liquid O2 logistics.
0.3-0.5 kWh/Nm3 O2 – significantly lower than cryogenic oxygen or liquid O2 vaporization.
PLC-controlled cycle timing, pressure monitoring, and purity control. Unattended operation.
No high-pressure oxygen storage. Generated on-demand at low pressure. Oxygen safety interlocks included.
