Complete pre-engineered water-treatment plants delivered as a single pre-commissioned package — intake, treatment, distribution, controls, on-board spares and a full operator handover — for remote villages, mining camps, expedition bases, satellite production sites and any installation where a year-long civils programme is not an option. Lift in, plug in, commission in days.
The full family of packaged, containerised, skid-mounted, research and assessment stations.
When standardised ISO-container delivery is the better fit.
When the smallest transport leg is a helicopter sling or a 4×4 trailer.
EN 1090 EXC3 fabrication of the package shell, FAT and shipping.
One Delivery, One Foundation, One Commissioning Visit
A packaged water-treatment plant is the maximum amount of treatment kit you can sensibly engineer into a single delivery. It differs from a generic containerised system in two ways: (a) it is sized to the duty rather than constrained to a 10′/20′/40′ ISO envelope, and (b) it includes everything peripheral to the treatment process itself — the chemical store, the on-board spares cupboard, the operator interface, the climate-control envelope, sometimes even a small accommodation interface for site visitors. The plant lands at site, sits on a single foundation, and runs from the day commissioning finishes.
Equipment Pre-Integrated in the Factory
Every package is engineered to a specific duty, but the building blocks below cover the equipment we install in roughly 80 % of packaged builds. Bespoke instrumentation, specialist treatment processes and accommodation-zone interfaces slot on top.
Three Common Sizes
| Tier | Capacity | Footprint | Transport | Typical Site |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Camp | 10–50 m³/day | ~ 30 m² | Single flatbed lift | Exploration camp, expedition base, 30–150 people |
| Village | 50–200 m³/day | ~ 80 m² | 2–3 flatbed lifts; site assembly | Remote village, mining-camp permanent, 200–1,500 people |
| Township | 200–500 m³/day | ~ 200 m² | Modular barge / rail lift | Township, large industrial camp, 1,500–5,000 people |
| Above this duty | > 500 m³/day | Project-specific | Multi-package or conventional plant | Permanent municipal-scale installation |
All tiers are designed for an environmental envelope of −30 °C to +50 °C as baseline; arctic and desert hardening available for sites outside this range.
Where Packaged Plants Fit Best
Potable water and wastewater for exploration phase. Designed for relocation to the next site after drilling completion.
Full-life potable, process and wastewater plant for permanent mining operations and remote industrial facilities.
Municipal-scale plant for villages with no road or rail connection to the national water network.
Polar, mountain and desert expedition support. Designed to over-winter unattended.
Rapid-deploy potable-water plant for refugee camps, post-disaster zones and field hospitals.
Low-noise, low-visual-impact plant for safari lodges, conservation stations and remote eco-resorts.
Six-Stage Delivery, 14–24 Weeks
Hydrogeology, daily-demand profile, transport chain, environmental envelope.
