How We Engineer & Build Your DAF Pilot

Anyone can bolt a flotation cell into a container. Building a seawater DAF pilot that runs reliably for months on a corrosive, biologically active feed — and produces data you can stake a plant on — is an engineering discipline. Piping & Wiring

Pre-piped process skids, marine-grade cabling, IP55 panels and single-point service connections for plug-and-play on site.

Controls & Software

PLC programming, HMI screens, data historian and remote access written in-house — see bespoke automation.

FAT & QA

Witnessed factory acceptance test on clean water, full QA dossier, as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
