System Overview

Ozone Generation

Corona discharge ozone generators (10–500 g/h) with contactors providing 2–4 minute retention time for complete oxidation.

UV-C Reactor

Medium-pressure UV systems (254 nm) with UV intensity monitoring and automatic quartz sleeve cleaning.

Fenton Reaction

Fe²? + H2O2 (35%) Fenton reactors for refractory organics with ORP-based process control and neutralisation.

Quench & GAC

Sodium bisulfite quench for residual ozone, GAC polishing, and final pH correction before discharge.
