Reverse osmosis (RO) skids produce high-purity water by rejecting dissolved salts, organics, and micropollutants through semi-permeable membranes. Our pre-engineered RO systems are available in standardised 5–200 m³/day modules, with custom designs up to 50,000 m³/day for industrial and municipal applications.
Each skid includes multimedia filtration, activated carbon, anti-scalant dosing, high-pressure pumps, RO membranes in FRP housings, CIP systems, and instrumented controls. Energy-recovery devices on high-salinity applications reduce power consumption by up to 40%, while second-pass RO and mixed-bed polishing achieve conductivity below 1 μS/cm.
