Same lamella-DAF process, scaled across four footprints
Lowest-cost, single 20ft container for small pilots and remote sites. 7″ HMI, ~40 I/O, wall-mount MCC.
The baseline: best balance of capacity, equipment density and maintainability. 12″ HMI, ~62 I/O.
Single 40ft pushed to its practical limit at 10 m/h loading; dual HVAC for the higher heat load.
40ft process container + 20ft climate-controlled control room. Maximum DAF capacity with a dedicated operator space.
Core DAF equipment across the tier: lamella flotation cell, air saturator (5.5 bar) and oil-free compressor, recycle and feed pumps, surface skimmer and bottom scraper, plus injection points ready for an external coagulant/flocculant dosing skid.

DAF (5 m³/h) and SWRO (2 m³/h permeate) sharing one 40ft container and one PLC. A turbidity interlock stops the HP pump unless DAF outlet is <5 NTU — protecting the membranes.
Independent DAF (10 m³/h) and SWRO (4 m³/h) containers linked over Ethernet/IP. Each can run alone; together they give the highest throughput in the range.
DAF pre-treatment for high-TSS surface or industrial water, then low-pressure BWRO at 65% recovery — the low-energy integrated option.
DNV 2.7-1 lift-certified DAF + seawater-RO pair for platforms, vessels and coastal sites with tight space and weight limits. Marine-grade coatings, IP66 enclosures, salt-spray-resistant components.
Offshore System DetailEnhanced DAF with a sulfide-precipitation stage and online metals monitoring — >95–99% removal of lead, zinc, copper and nickel, with sludge stabilisation for compliant disposal.
