Our Multi-Disc Screw Press is engineered for reliable performance in continuous industrial and municipal applications. The design incorporates robust materials, validated process parameters, and proven hydraulic configurations to achieve consistent treatment results with minimal operator intervention. Each unit is factory-assembled and wet-tested before dispatch to ensure trouble-free commissioning.
The unit features optimised process geometry for maximum treatment efficiency within a compact footprint. Materials of construction are selected based on wastewater characteristics, with 304/316 stainless steel as standard and duplex or special alloys available for aggressive applications. Integrated control systems provide automated operation with remote monitoring capability and predictive maintenance alerts.
