Channel-mounted screen for existing duct installations with SSP and SSB variants
The Reynolds Bauhm Spiral Duct Sieve is a versatile channel-mounted screening solution engineered for integration into existing duct installations. Available in two configurations: the SSP variant features a fixed perforated plate with brush conveyor system, while the SSB variant utilises a rotary slotted drum with integrated worm conveyor. Both models include compressing-draining segments that achieve 20-60% volume reduction, making them ideal for efficient solids separation and handling in constrained installation environments.
This equipment is ready for SCADA & Control Systems integration. Monitor and control your water treatment processes remotely with our advanced automation solutions.

Spiral and duct sieves combine fine screening with conveying and dewatering in a single inclined unit, making them a compact, low-maintenance choice for capturing fine solids from a range of effluents. The rotating spiral lifts and transports captured material up the duct, dewatering it as it goes, while the screen basket retains solids down to the chosen aperture. With few wear parts and an enclosed body that controls odour and splash, the sieve suits food, municipal and industrial duties where a fine, reliable capture is needed without a large or complex installation. We select aperture, capacity and materials to the specific effluent and solids loading.
