Compact vertical spiral screen for solid-liquid separation in space-constrained installations
The Reynolds Bauhm Vertical Spiral Sieve DF SP is a compact vertical spiral screen engineered for efficient solid-liquid separation in installations where space is at a premium. Wastewater enters through the inlet chamber which includes an emergency overflow for safe operation, then flows to a cylindrical filtering basket for effective solids capture. The integrated Archimedes screw conveyor transports captured solids upward while providing compression-drainage to reduce volume and moisture content before discharge.
This equipment is ready for SCADA & Control Systems integration. Monitor and control your water treatment processes remotely with our advanced automation solutions.

Our Vertical Spiral Sieve is engineered for reliable performance in continuous industrial and municipal applications. The design incorporates robust materials, validated process parameters, and proven hydraulic configurations to achieve consistent treatment results with minimal operator intervention. Each unit is factory-assembled and wet-tested before dispatch to ensure trouble-free commissioning.
The unit features optimised process geometry for maximum treatment efficiency within a compact footprint. Materials of construction are selected based on wastewater characteristics, with 304/316 stainless steel as standard and duplex or special alloys available for aggressive applications. Integrated control systems provide automated operation with remote monitoring capability and predictive maintenance alerts.
