Product Overview

The Reynolds Bauhm Vertical Spiral Sieve DF SP is a compact vertical spiral screen engineered for efficient solid-liquid separation in installations where space is at a premium. Wastewater enters through the inlet chamber which includes an emergency overflow for safe operation, then flows to a cylindrical filtering basket for effective solids capture. The integrated Archimedes screw conveyor transports captured solids upward while providing compression-drainage to reduce volume and moisture content before discharge.

Key Features

  • Vertical design for minimal footprint
  • Compact footprint ideal for space-constrained installations
  • Archimedes screw conveyor for solids transport
  • Compression-drainage for volume reduction
  • Emergency overflow in inlet chamber
