High-Shear Mixing

Flash mixing is the first stage in chemical conditioning and treatment processes, providing the high-energy mixing needed to uniformly distribute coagulants and flocculants. The rapid dispersion ensures that chemical reactions begin simultaneously throughout the fluid, maximising treatment efficiency and minimising chemical consumption.
