Wastewater from Natural Gas Processing

Natural gas processing generates unique wastewater streams including sour water from amine and sulphur recovery units, glycol dehydration regeneration, and condensate separation. These streams contain hydrogen sulphide, ammonia, mercaptans, and dissolved hydrocarbons requiring specialised treatment for safe discharge or reuse. Sour-water stripping, oxidation and biological treatment remove H₂S, ammonia and mercaptans to make these streams safe to discharge or reuse. We engineer the train to the gas plant’s specific units, with ATEX-rated equipment throughout.
