Where surface-water turbidity demands chemical conditioning, this skid disperses coagulant fast, grows floc gently, and meters reagent precisely — the chemistry stage of the remote train.
A self-contained building block of a skid-mounted, transportable treatment train.
Rapid and slow mixing with the dosing and day-tank rack on one frame.
Dose paces on flow and turbidity so the chemistry tracks the raw water without operator intervention.
Strong, liftable floc passes to the lamella or DAF skid for separation — the physical removal stage that follows the chemistry.
Inlet pump, strainer, flow meter and collapsible equalisation tank.
Compact inclined-plate clarifier or skid-mounted DAF cell.
Multimedia, GAC or cartridge filtration with backwash.
Brackish-water RO and UF surface-water pretreatment.
UV reactor, hypochlorite generator or chlorine dosing.
PLC, HMI, satellite modem and UPS in one cabinet skid.
Generator, batteries, transformer and MCC in one skid.
Compact sequencing-batch reactor for greywater and small sewage.
We assemble these building blocks into a transportable plant matched to your site, flow and access — from a single skid to a full off-grid water-and-wastewater fleet.
Our coagulation and flocculation skids bring the full chemical-conditioning step onto one factory-built frame: dosing of coagulant and polymer, rapid mix, and tapered flocculation chambers sized for the right velocity gradient and retention time. Mixing energy is matched to the floc being grown — vigorous for charge neutralisation, gentle for floc growth — so carry-over to the downstream clarifier or flotation stage is minimised. Dosing is flow-paced and trimmed to jar-test targets, and the skid is wet-tested before dispatch. The result is reliable, repeatable floc formation in a compact footprint, delivered as a plug-and-play unit rather than a set of loose components to be assembled on site.
