Reverse osmosis

A skid-mounted RO removes dissolved salts for desalination or high-purity reuse, with the dosing and controls on the same frame.

Reverse-Osmosis Skids for High-Purity Water

Our reverse-osmosis skids deliver desalination and high-purity water production as a complete, factory-tested package. High-pressure pumps, membrane arrays, cartridge pre-filtration, antiscalant dosing and a full instrumentation and cleaning-in-place provision are integrated on one frame and sized for the feed salinity and the required permeate quality and recovery. Energy recovery is specified where the duty justifies it. Because borehole and surface feeds foul membranes quickly, we pair the skid with the right pre-treatment so silt density and scaling are controlled from the start. The unit arrives proven on test, protecting the membranes that represent the largest part of its whole-life cost.
