Off-grid sites need their own power. This skid packages generation, storage and distribution — generator, batteries, transformer and MCC — sized to run the whole treatment fleet.
A self-contained building block of a skid-mounted, transportable treatment train.
Generation, conversion and distribution on one shared frame for the fleet.
Power management keeps critical loads running and protects sensitive electronics in an off-grid environment.
Powering every other skid, this block makes the train genuinely off-grid — the foundation of a self-sufficient remote plant.
Inlet pump, strainer, flow meter and collapsible equalisation tank.
In-line and flash mixing with coagulant and polymer dosing.
Compact inclined-plate clarifier or skid-mounted DAF cell.
Multimedia, GAC or cartridge filtration with backwash.
Brackish-water RO and UF surface-water pretreatment.
UV reactor, hypochlorite generator or chlorine dosing.
PLC, HMI, satellite modem and UPS in one cabinet skid.
Compact sequencing-batch reactor for greywater and small sewage.
We assemble these building blocks into a transportable plant matched to your site, flow and access — from a single skid to a full off-grid water-and-wastewater fleet.
A packaged skid is only as reliable as the power and distribution feeding it, so we engineer that side with the same care as the process. Each skid carries a correctly rated distribution board, motor protection, soft-starts or inverters where the duty needs them, and clear segregation of power and signal cabling to keep instrumentation noise-free. Loads are calculated, cable sizes verified and earthing designed to the applicable standards, so the unit arrives ready to connect to a single incoming supply. Factory testing proves the electrical system end to end before delivery, cutting site electrical work to a safe, documented tie-in rather than a scramble.
