Combining lamella settlement or dissolved-air flotation onto a transportable skid gives a high-rate solids-separation stage that installs in days. Inclined plates multiply the effective settling area for dense, settleable floc, while DAF floats light, oily or low-density solids on a blanket of micro-bubbles — and we select between them, or combine them, against the character of the solids. The skid carries the separation cell, sludge and float removal, and the instrumentation to run it, all factory-assembled and tested. For sites short of space or programme, it delivers clarified water to a tight suspended-solids target without the civil works a conventional settlement tank would demand.
