The polishing stage: depth, carbon or cartridge filtration removes the residual solids, colour and trace organics that clarification leaves behind — in single-vessel or duplex form for continuous duty.
A self-contained building block of a skid-mounted, transportable treatment train.
The filter media is matched to what the duty needs — from grit polishing to trace-organic adsorption.
Automatic backwash and duplex switching keep the skid producing water without manual intervention.
Filtered water goes to the RO/membrane skid for high-purity duty, or straight to disinfection where filtration is the final barrier.
Inlet pump, strainer, flow meter and collapsible equalisation tank.
In-line and flash mixing with coagulant and polymer dosing.
Compact inclined-plate clarifier or skid-mounted DAF cell.
Brackish-water RO and UF surface-water pretreatment.
UV reactor, hypochlorite generator or chlorine dosing.
PLC, HMI, satellite modem and UPS in one cabinet skid.
Generator, batteries, transformer and MCC in one skid.
Compact sequencing-batch reactor for greywater and small sewage.
We assemble these building blocks into a transportable plant matched to your site, flow and access — from a single skid to a full off-grid water-and-wastewater fleet.
Our filtration skids package media, pressure or membrane filtration onto a frame engineered for the specific polishing duty. Surface loading, bed depth, media grading and backwash regime are all sized to the water and the target quality, whether that is final-effluent polishing, RO protection or process-water reuse. Automatic backwash, differential-pressure monitoring and clear run/standby control are built in, so the unit holds its output with minimal operator intervention. Because it is assembled and wet-tested in the factory, site work is reduced to connecting feed, product and drain — and the filtration performance is already proven before the skid leaves us.
Our expertise spans multiple industries with sector-specific water treatment solutions.
